Chef Gennaro Nasti is a master teacher in the most important traditional pizza schools, having on his side a twenty years' experience in cooking The Pizza according to Neapolitan ancient way. In 2012 he came second at the 11th World Pizzaiuolo (Pizza Chef) Championship and he is member of the Italian Chefs Association. Born and raised in Naples, since he was young he dedicated himself to this ancient art, a substantial part of Italian eating culture. He worked in several ancient pizzerias of his town, which are considered apprenticeship workshops for many modern pizza masters. Thanks to his passion, he became a point of reference for the "Pizza Napoletana Sgt" (Traditional Speciality Guaranteed), not only in Italy, but also in Spain and in the United States, where he worked and taught so to bring a bit of Naples in the world. Chef Gennaro always searches for quality in his job, in fact every day he selects the best flours and ingredients sticking with Italian cooking tradition, in order to offer to his customers healthy and balanced food, such as in the Mediterranean diet. He likes to find new solutions to serve his product, so he reinterprets the gastronomical philosophy into his "Pizza Gourmet": a sliced pizza that is a "collective tasting break". Those pizzas are a unique, tasty union of high quality ingredients, mixed in innovative ways, and traditional dough.
